Fruit Crisp

This quick and easy dessert takes only a few minutes to put together. It’s a delicious way to receive the nutrient rich fruit, whole grains and nuts in your diet year round.

Layer in 8 inch square baking dish:
1 lb of fresh or frozen fruit
¼ cup juice
Stir , and spread over top of fruit
½ cup nuts, chopped
½ cup rolled grain
1 cup minced dried fruit
4 tbsp of juice
½ tsp cinnamon

Cook at 350 for 45 minutes.
